Our take on the 16th century German legend has turned out to be a legend in its own right. For every spring since 1951, our brewery has carefully crafted and lagered Genesee Bock Beer. The result is an exceptionally hearty, full-flavored beer with a slight malty finish—and a perfect way to celebrate the snow melt.
A year of brewing development has captured these attributes and rolled them into a brilliant new beer. We are using absurd amounts of hops, dry hopped on 4 different days, making it a juicy flavor and aroma bomb. A slight malty sweetness balances a dry and very mild finish which melds perfectly with its hazy appearance. Tropical, citrus, and stone fruit, and pleasingly floral character is marked with notes of big, dank, resinous Mosaic, Citra, and Amarillo hops. Enjoy!
House Porter recipe jammed to the nines with cocoa nibs and raspberry purée. This dessert style brew will definitely hit the spot this holiday season.
Sour Stout with Raspberries. Roasted malts, raspberry and a light sourness interplay in this complex, dark kettle sour. A light body and full flavor profile round out what may just be the most interesting beer you’ve had, today.
Refreshingly balanced, ruby tinted classic Irish ale with a depth of malt flavour giving rich biscuit and gentle caramel notes.
Traditionally brewed with only Kilkenny-grown ale malt, including three special darker malts and three varieties of hop. Fermented and matured with cask ale yeast and coupled with our no-rush brewing produces a smooth balanced classic ale.
With booming notes of chocolate, caramel, and coconut, Samoa This is our interpretation of the famous seasonal treat. We went to great lengths carefully crafting each flavor, right down to the savory shortbread-like cookie base.
American Wheat Ale, co-fermented with NY Concord Grapes. Brewed to be light in color with a small addition of NY Concord Grape juice, which imparts a rose like color and a balanced fruit flavor and aroma. Fermented with ale yeast for a clean fermentation profile.
Hayburner is a luscious and citrusy IPA with primary notes of
orange, melon and grapefruit, and a slightly earthy finish. It
packs a firm bitterness but remains balanced by abundant late
hop additions and a soft and airy malt base.
Brought forth upon an unsuspecting public in 1997, Arrogant Bastard Ale openly challenged the tyrannical overlords who were brazenly attempting to keep Americans chained in the shackles of poor taste. As the progenitor of its style, Arrogant Bastard Ale has reveled in its unprecedented and uncompromising celebration of intensity. There have been many nods to Arrogant Bastard Ale...even outright attempts to copy it...but only one can ever embody the true nature of Liquid Arrogance!
