A smooth, toasty brown ale,Best Brown is a mainstay in our fall lineup. With hints of caramel and cocoa, the malt body has the depth to stand up to cool weather, but does not come across as heavy. This balancing act is aided by the generous use of American hops.
Another local favorite for the Buff alonian palate! We make this beer from the excess sponge cuttings from Watson’s Chocolates actual sponge candy. The sponge added gives us a toffee-caramel flavor, and in combination with pale and dark chocolate malts this beer is the perfect stout. Not too smoky or sweet, the sponge candy stout is quite a treat!
Brewed in collaboration with Sprague's Maple Farms, this seasonal ale is made with local maple syrup and blueberry for a dessert (or breakfast) like flavor and aroma.
A juicy, golden, hazy little thing called IPA. Some beers need a little polishing before entering the world, while others—the hop-heavy, rowdy crowd-pleasers—should just be left alone. We package Hazy Little Thing in all its raw glory: unfiltered, unprocessed, straight from the tanks and into the can. It’s a swirling cloud that likes to shake things up, a fruit-forward hop adventure for the daring. Go bold and make tonight a hazy one.
Hayburner is a luscious and citrusy IPA with primary notes of orange, melon and grapefruit, and a slightly earthy finish. It packs a firm bitterness but remains balanced by abundant late
hop additions and a soft and airy malt base.
Live Session is bright, refreshingly loud, and cracked up to 11 by adding generous amounts of Citra hops to reflect the feeling of live music. Live Session pairs great with toe-tapping or head-banging to your favorite band on stage.
